Certified Professional Wedding Planner MW Savant's (CPWP, ISES, WPI, AFWPI) personal mission is to provide the
GLBTI family with the most efficient, professional and courteous wedding & special event services available.
His credo: "There is no gray area in equality!"
He is a retired professional entertainer. He has performed and studied extensively throughout central Europe and the
USA. This has enabled him to personally observe, enjoy and learn the service standards that set savvyplanners.com
apart. Fluency in several languages rounds out his ability to serve our clients from varied countries with ease.
Mr. MW Savant has served as a four and five star accommodations management team member, personal concierge
(serving consumer, celebrity and corporate clients), personal Chef and a highly regarded wedding and event planner
for the past fourteen years. He, for the past four years, has been devoted to direction and development of
savvyplanners.com--- a company specifically dedicated to the GLBTI community and our specific needs relative to
the provision of not only weddings and events on Key West and in the New York Tri-State area but in other locations as
well. Fully aware that all people want to be treated with utmost professionalism and dignity, the directive of
savvyplanners.com is to provide that level of value to all who seek the security and confidence of personalized and
individual quality care and service.
As a top-earning Art Consultant for one of the nationwide galleries of one of our country's most successful artists (FL) he
was also feted by the gallery director and his team for his sagacity of the tradition, protocol and fine points of the Zen
painting form, Sumi-e (AKA: suiboku-ga). His artistic education and experience have proven extremely valuable in his
creative renderings for clients and associates alike.
The founding Artistic Director of the Key West International Jazz Festival (2001), his background in professional
entertainment and production (as a lighting and set designer, conductor, director, choreographer, stage manager, et
cetera) has provided him with a remarkable grasp on detail, scheduling, aesthetic design, event organization and
timing. He is committed to providing a resource to which to turn for the provision of respectful, reliable and unique
wedding and event offerings to his clients.
Under his leadership, he has coordinated the expansion of savvyplanners.com's services to the New York metropolitan
area (2005), as well as, maintaining a full team in the Florida Keys. In Early 2007, Mr. Savant paved the way for our team
expansion to Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Pennsylvania and we are pleased to report full-time teams in
those locations. Mr. Savant is certified by The Wedding Planning Institute (CA)--- a division of Lovegevity, Inc. He is
the creator of our savvySustainability™ initiative which makes every effort to create eco-savvy weddings and events
for our clients.
