It is with great pleasure that we bring to you our featured couple: James and Kevin. These good-natured
gentlemen brought to us a strong and abiding love and commitment. They drove MANY miles together from
Pennsylvania and came here because they had heard about Key West's open, respectful, live and let live
attitude and because commitment ceremonies are performed here regularly and treated with dignity and honor.
According to James, they were referred to us by the Gay and Lesbian Community Center here on Key West.
We were honored and fortunate to have arranged for their ceremony to be performed by the Mayor. The
forecast, that day, was for heavy rain but the love shown by these two sent the clouds far away. We are proud
and happy to have selected them our FEATURED COUPLE.

The couple elected to have a simple and casual beach ceremony.
Kevin really wanted a beach wedding. James made certain that we
knew that.
Their Personal Planning Consultant scouted and selected the
location and recommended that the ceremony happen at sunset on
the shores of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.
Though the couple were encouraged to take off their shoes and
enjoy the cool sands, the Mayor wore loafers (his outfit considered
"Key West Semi-Formal"). He is the astounding, straight and
supportive Mayor of our island--- The Honorable Mayor Jimmy
Weekley (former).
The Mayor (former and Current) have graciously consented to
perform ceremonies for our special clients subject to their
availability when not handling the business of the city or charitable
events.

for one another. Coupled with the dignified and
sensitive ceremony performed by the officiant, there
was a wondrous and intimate level of emotion and
love. Says James: "I found my heart and I wasn't
going to let him get away. He is such an amazing guy."

commemorative certificate made as a memento of their
special event. Their planner supervised the design,
fitting, matting, custom framing and on only three days
notice.

Judging by the smiles after the event, the happy couple

The newlyweds allowed their planner to make their
dinner reservations and recommend and pre-order their
entrees (based on our in-depth intake likes and dislikes
interview). When the happy couple arrived at the
restaurant the appetizers were already en route to the
table and the entrees' preparation begun.
