Last summer we booked a "dream trip" to Egypt, leaving on May 12, 2007 for two weeks. On

February 11, 2007, my husband was in an accident and because of the severity of his injuries, we

will be unable to make the trip. We had elected to purchase our travel insurance through CSA

Travel Protection because of the long-term association through my work. The insurance covered

more and was less expensive than the one offered by the travel agency that we booked through.

About two weeks after the accident, I started the procedure to cancel our trip and apply for refunds

the forms, since we were out of state while my husband was in the hospital. The process was easy
